Kid Friendly Beef Veg and noodle stir fry

My kids are fussy so I used vegetables I know they will eat and cooked them aldente as they don't like cooked vegetables. So feel free to change up the vegetables to your kids liking. The pictured noodles are so amazing! But if you can't find these I would recommend substituting with 2 packets of cooked 2 minute noodles.

500g beef mince

1x 350g packet Fresh Chun Mei Singapore Noodles

2 tablespoons oil for cooking

5 garlic cloves diced

1 carrot cut into sticks using a curly chopper or knife

1 cup broccoli cut into tiny pieces making sure each piece has some stem and floret

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoons mirin ( this comes in a bottle called 'mirin seasoning'. You can substitute this for cooking sake or chicken stock. )

Few drops sesame oil optional

1/2 cup water

pinch of salt

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl

Heat up a large fry pan add some oil and brown the beef mince until you have some nice color and flavor happening.

Add the carrot, broccoli and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add in the noodles straight from the packet.

Using 2 wooden spoon toss everything together with the noodles then add the sauce.

Stir well and serve immediately!
