Mini French Onion Cob Dip

Mini French onion cob dip 

 They loved it and really only took 5 minutes to prepare.


2 crusty white bread rolls

1 packet French onion soup mix

1 average size tub spreadable cream cheese ( you can substitute this with regular cream cheese or sour cream )

1/3 cup grated tasty cheese optional

Spring onion chopped optional

Fresh sticks of carrot and celery ( cucumber is nice too )


Cut the top off the bread rolls and gently pull out the filling, try not to make any holes in the bread. Mix together the French onion soup mix with the cream cheese.

Divide the cream cheese and French onion dip between the 2 bread rolls top with cheese (this is just as yummy without the cheese if you wanna skip this step).

Place the bread rolls plus the lids and the innards of the bread you pulled out earlier onto a baking tray and bake on 200degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes or until golden.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve with the carrot and cucumber sticks.
